used to walk out very early in the morning dew and it was very good for the feet.
The men used to wear canvas on their feet they called it "Tréhíns". When they had corns they would get a leaf of ivy and steep it in parrifin for a short time, after that they would put it to the corn, it is supposed to be a great cure.
Long ago people had often to lend shoes to a neighbor if they were going on a journey. There are no shoemakers in the district. Clogs were made in my district in olden times they are still worn. Soap is very good for sore heels.
