    May Day of the next year. There are a lot of "pisoges" about churning. When the churning is done the butter is taken out and the buttermilk is given to pigs, and also used for making bread.

    Long ago, all the old houses were situated in hollows for shelter, those houses were made of stone morter and thatched roffs.
    The fire place was situated at the gable end, the chimneys were called "run-away-rips," there were no glass
