  2. People had many cures for complaints and diseases long ago.
    Cough: Flax seed would cure a cough
    Warts: A black snail rubbed of them was a certain cure.
    Boils: Linseed and turpentine mixed is a cure for boils.
    Measles: Ferrets leaving is supposed to be a cure for the measles.
    Headache: A certain cure for a headache is to get a tape and to measure the person's head who had the headache with it.
    A sore eye: Cold tea is a cure for a sore eye.
    Cough: The soup of the wild fowl is very good for a cough. A sore mouth: If a child never
