There was a light seen in Mr John O'Gorman's field nearly every night.

There was a light seen in Mr. John O'Gorman's field nearly every night.
Begob one night anyhow an I going home, I saw the light in the field
I thought it was men fishing in the river, and they had the light with them
I went into the field, and walked over to the light. Begob when I reached it, it began to more off before me,
I followed it anyhow an it kept going before me until ir came to the ould graveyard, that is situated on a height in the field
Begob when it stopped, I thought of myself, and went home as fast as I could.
