  1. There is a hill at Cloghrea called the Cogan Hill hear is a song that was made about it.
Oh if my pen could phrase thee
The scenes around my home the lakes
the vales valleys and the shady groves I room
And olf Cloghrea castle it stands for fairer still
But there is none so fair I could compare to the verdant Vogan Hill.
And underneath the verdant hill a circling river flows
It joins a place called river Dee and into the sea it goes.
And on its way up through Clogrea where daisies grow at will
just cast you eye as you go by
    Up to the Cogan Hill.
As for the rocks of Carricklick they are so straight and tall.
You can view the flowery country
and Meath Hill water fall there is wild Belleek there you may seek
