Ar an leathanach seo
- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)always says "God bless the work" and gives a helping hand to the person who is churning. In olden times the people said that if you did not take the dash and help to churn you would take the butter with you. When the churning is finished the churn is placed on a round piece of a stick and rocked to and fro to collect the lumps of butter together. Then the butter is taken out of the churn and put into a keeler of water and washed several times. Some people make the butter into pound rolls and others make it into bigger rolls.
