Ar an leathanach seo
- The townland in which I live is called Crossard. It is in the parish of Ballyadams and in the Barony of Rathaspick.
In this district there are many old people over seventy years of age such as Mrs Brennan and Jeremiah Kelly. Some of them are very old people but none of them can speak Irish.
Some of the houses in this district are slated and others are thatched. There are no lakes and not many rivers in this district. There are a few little streams flowing through Crossard. There is one little stream near Mary Brennans house and it is called "the Gullet". There is another flowing through Coolglass but I never heard the name of it.
