For sores or burns a weed named Buachalán is used or poultices were made from a raw potato scooped out and mixed with buttermilk. Linseed poultices were also used. The linseed was put in boiling water and paste was made of it, then it was put to the burn or the sore.
The seventh son or daughter was supposed to have healing powers.
- Long ago people got cures from doctors made from bones from the dead people. People used to watch the graves by night because the doctors used dig the graves to make medicine.
Toothaches were cured by putting tobacco into the tooth.
