  1. Tuesday is a very lucky day for the celebration of marriage.
    An old man who lives in Drumkowna, has the cure of the bad heart. But he can only give the cure of it on a Monday.

  2. There is a field called "Mac's Field" in the town-land of Behy, in County Cavan. The field belongs to a farmer named Frank Lee. It was called "Mac's Field", because a man named Mac, lived in a corner of the field. The ruins of the house cans still be seen.
    About two miles outside Cavan town, and to the northern side of it is a hill named "Bleak Hill, or Blake Hill", as it is pronounced by country-
