    There was a woman wan time be the name of Mary Evoy who lived in Coonogue (Adamstown, Co Wexford).

    Wan day an' she comin' home from the shop. She met a strange ould woman near knockreigh castle. The ould woman tried to make Mary go into the castle wid her an she promised to show her where money was buried if she went, but Mary wouldn't go. She gave the ass a clout and made it go as fast as it called an never stopped till she got home. She got an awful fright.
