- (continued from previous page)night about 3 A.M. two men were going to a fair in Mohill and the mill was working. They were frightened but they passed by knowing it was best. This was on the 13th June and the mill race was quite dry.
- Numerous people were led astray on Gaigue hill on a place caller Cornán Bán and often nine or ten people together. On occassions like that they turned their coats inside out or knelt down and prayed.
It seems a mist rises before them and they cross no ditches but yet proceed along. - Long ago there was supposed to be two pans of gold hidden in Doogna Lough, near Rossan with a black cat watching them(continues on next page)
