    Thrush
When a child is suffering from Thrush a gander should be thrown across its shoulder saying "Gander, gander, you I trust. Cure me of this awful Thrush"
    Ingrown nails
Take 14 sprigs of moss and boil it with a fat piece of bacon. When well boiled lift and apply to the toe immediately. Put a piece of cloth over it and leave it there for three days.
