  1. THE DEER PARK
    Is on the right of the path going from the Grand Gate on the Kells Road to Killua Castle. When the Chapmans were living in Killua they used to keep deer there.

    THE MILKING FIELD
    is on the left going up to the Castle. Chapman used to leave the cows there from May to October.

    PHEASANT HOUSE
    Killua Estate, for keeping pheasant while the Chapmans lived

    ICE HOUSE
    On left side going up to Killua Churchyard. It is just beside Plunket's grand gates. It is very deep and going down in a slant. My father used to cut the ice of Killua Lake and take it to the Ice house to make ice-cream.
