  1. My uncle was born in the year 1868 on the 30th November. At the age of twenty he joined the bicycle club. He won many medals and clocks. His name is Ned Marmion. He rode in the race from Trim to Dublin in two hours and ten minutes. He reached the Pillar twenty minutes before the others. He was the first man in Trim to ride a racing bicycle. In a few days nearly all the people in Trim had bicycles.
