    from the root and then drawn in a teapot. It blows away when it is ripe. Ceannabhan:- is a herb with a long stem and a white flower alike a feather comes on its top. The herb is used for cold in people and also for stiff bones. Cockles:- grow on the side of the road. The roots are boiled and the water is given to horses with cold. Water Cresses:- grow in drains and in soft places. They are also used for cold in people.
