Long ago people used to believe in fairies.

Long ago people used to believe in fairies.
The people used to gather at a cross. It used to be late when they were going home at night. One night one of the men said he saw a big black dog which followed him, and when he got inside the door it was looking in the window at him. He was so frightened that he would never go outside the door again after six o'clock in the evening.

  2. Once a man with an ass and car were taking a short cut through fields. It was a very dark night. They went in a gate and through the fields which were to bring them into their own yard. After a long time the man thought he should be at his house. A little while after he was at the same gate he had come in.
