    A weed called White Root is about the worst weed around this district. It both impoverishes the soil and spreads rapidly. This weed has a mauve blossom. Crowfoot is a weed which has a yellow blossom and makes the land very poor.
    Rag weed is very hard on land. This weed grows very high and has a yellow blossom.
    Scutch grass spreads very rapidly and it is very hard on land also.
    Anywhere there is good land you will see Ferns and Thistles.
    Daisies are more plentiful in bad land than in good.
    Nettles and Dock Leaves are used for feeding fowl and Dandelion leaves are given to young turkeys.
    To farmers an herb called Garlic is very useful as it prevents
