  1. There is a field situated on the left-hand side of the Brown Bridge about one mile from Killavullen village. The owner of this field is Mr. Murphy, Highland View.
    There is a story connected with this field and many of the older people often relate at the present day. On a certain Sunday morning there was a man on his way Mass. He was in a great hurry as he was nearly late.
    As he was passing this field he heard lovely music. He stopped and waited for a while as the music stopped.
