  1. Horses, cows, calves, sheep, pigs and donkeys are the animals at home in our farm. The domestic animals are goats, dogs, and cats.
    The names of our cows are "Mahoney's cow," "Whitechurch cow," and Hunter's cow,"

    There are bales in the cowhouse and each cow has her own bale The cows put their heads into the bales and bales are closed.
    If a cow is cross she is spanceled The spanceled are made out of a peice of rope. It is unlucky to make butter on May Eve it is believed the fairies would take away the butter for
