    TSleibe a great seancuí (1834-1894)-:
One Summer's morning in May a mad cow came along the the old Killarney road bellowing. When she came to the cross she faced down the bog. After a while she stops & roots with her legs & horns. People were afraid to go near her. She left again in the evening & went west. It is said she had come from Castlemaine. When people went down, they found a stream of water in the spot where she spend the day rooting. Hence possibly the name Tobar - Na - Bo - Finne.
