  1. Two men were coming home from a fair with two horses. As they were passing a certain field which is two fields away from our house they saw a man ploughing with two strong horses. One of the horses that the men were bringing home from the fair sulked and attacked his owner. The man was against the ditch with his two thumbs in the bit houlding him back. The man in the field ran out with a bar and asked the man who had been attacked would he kill the horse but the man said he would cool down after a while. The next minute the horse gave the man a kick and killed him. After that it the field was called Páirc na Marbh.
