  1. A person could make a toy man from blue-clay. This clay was got five feet from the top of the Earth. When it is formed the model was left out in the sun until it was dry and hard. When hard it was whitened with white wash.
    A person could get a piece of loutry stick about two inches in circumference and cut a long hole in it with a penknife and put a piece of spring wire in it. This made a gun with which they could shoot matches.
