    end of the leather. In these holes tie two strings. With this sling boys shoot stones considerable distances.
    Boys make bogeys by nailing four polish boxes to a little wooden box. On the front of the bogey is attached a string or strap to draw it along.

    A spinning-top is made from half a thread-spool. Through the whole is affixed a pointed piece of stick.
