  2. Mr Jeremiah Kelliher of Clounough, Castleisland, Co Kerry, who lived about fifty years ago dreamt three nights' in succession that a pot of gold was hidden in his fort. He did not look for the gold and it was never been searched for since There is a large hole in the middle of the fort which is supposed to lead down to underground cellars. The hole was recently closed up.
    Another man in this district dreamt that treasure was hidden in a certain place and he was given instructions as to how to find it. He was told to harm nothing that crossed his path. After reinforcing himself with a liberal doze of porter, he proceeded with two friends to the spot.
