    Well, and the other in Tobar Ellen, St. James's Well is in John O'Rourke's land, Carrownacluane Geevagh. St James's day is on the 25th July, and the people visit it around that time. They bring holy pictures, and statues with them and leave them at the well. St James's Well was a Prodestant well at one time, but when St. Patrick was on earth he came to it and blessed it, and he turned it into a Catholic holy well.
    There are two holy wells in the parish of Geevagh, St James's Well, and Tobar Eilim. St James's day is on the 25th July, and St Eilin's day is on the 15th August. People go and perform stations at these wells. Tobar in Alth is another holy well, people visit it on the last Sunday in July. There is another holy well in Keadue, its name is Lauser. There are a few bushes growing round St. James's Well. There is a wood growing around Tobar in Alth Tobar Eilin is at the foot of a mountain.
    There are two holy wells in the parish of Geevagh. One of them is called St. James's Well and the other is called Tobar Ellen. St. James's Well is situated in the townland of Carrownacluane, in the parish of Geevagh, and in the Co Sligo. A large number of people visit the well from
