16 Roger Gaffney was a great walker, and a strong man, he walked to Sligo in three hours and carried a ferkin of butter on his back which weighs three quarters of a hundred going of him. In Sligo he bought a churn and a half hundred of meal, and carried it home on his back his address is Glen Killamey, Geevagh Co Sligo.
