  1. St Mura was born in 599. He was descended from Nial the Nine Hostages. He built Fahan Abbey in the 7 centuary under Columcille. He was first Abbot. He write a book called "Acts of Columcill". His monastery was destroyed by invaders. At first he was going to build the Abbey on the top of Glengollan. The birds told him not to.
    Once he heard a bell ringing in heaven, it fell at his feett, he looked at it, and it had no tongue
