    When eating the table was placed in the middle of the floor and all the household sat round it and partook at[?] the meal. When the meal was over the table was placed against the wall until the next meal.
    Very seldom any bread was used. They only made oatmeal bread. They mixed the oatmeal with sugar and then wet it with water. They then put it on a flag which was standing up in front of the fire and left it there to (back) [?]
