- Tig. This game is played in different ways. A boy follows a number of other boys and whoever he leaves his hand on first has the tig and he then follows the other boys. Another way is, all the boys gather into one corner called a den. It is called a den because when the boys are in it, the cannot be 'done' Two boys then follow the others and try and catch them without letting them into the den
Hide and Seek. Two boys go into a corner and all the others go and hide. The two boys then go and look for the others and the boys whom the catch have to look the next time.
Blind man's Buff. A cloth is put on the eyes of some boy and he has to try and catch the other boys.
Skittles Five small sticks are placed standing on the ground. One is put in the middle and that is equal to ten. Two of the others are placed standing on both sides of the ten and each of them equals five. A boy then stands about(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
