    They found that the time was too short and knowing the tradition got afraid and again gave up the search.
    A crock of gold is said to be hidden in a spot on Ben Aughlin called the Crockans. A man in the neighbourhood dreamt of this treasure three nights running. He was afraid to go the first 2 nights but at 12 o' clock after the third night he got up and told a neighbouring man. The two of them dug down till they met a big heavy flag. It took all their time to lift it and when they did the track of the crock was underneath but the place was empty.
    If he had told no one and had gone himself he would have got the gold.
    The ''Good People'' were angry with him and they moved it.

    Treasure is hidden in a fort in Mr Thomas Smith's land, the Hollies Greghnafina, Swanlinbar. It is guarded by a fairy and there
