    3. Green's of Ballinakill :-
Their house was built on a fairy pass. You could never shut the door or lock it. A child was born and nothing ever grew but his skull. "He was in it" without a doubt. He used to be kept in an ordinary kish in the corner. He could tell you your name the first time he ever saw you and tell you your (name) [the word 'name' is erased here] business and what was in your mind.
One day a man crossed Ballinakill bog and went in to Green's for a hatchet to cut a block of dale. "Oh how are ye, Mick?" said the man in the corner. "Ye came for the hatchet to cut the block of dale," "How do you know my name is Mick?" said he. 'Oh!' he said, Mick Cummins is your name and ye want the hatchet to cut a block of dale.
He died and when they came to the Cross Roads the coffin became light. Some wanted to open it and others didn't. They didn't.
