Ar an leathanach seo

"Camogie" is played in our district and it is a very interesting game. "Tig" is commonly played. It is played like this - A group of girls assemble together and one of them "Abbains." She says ""t i g" spells the "tig" and you have it." The girl on whom it falls has the 'tig' and must follow the others.
Another game played locally is "Old Mother." One girl gets a stick and follows the other girl until she catches her; then she gives her a taste of the stick and runs after the rest.
Many games can be played with a ball, such as throwing it against a wall and playing "Donkey" with it. Donkey is played like this. Two girls, or more, stand a distance from each other, and throw the ball to one another. The person who does not catch the(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
