    When smoke goes to the ground it is a sign of rain and when the smoke up in the sky it is a sign of fine weather.

    Crickets will not come out of their holes when it is going to rain.
    When the mountains seem to be very near it is a sign of rain.

    When the North wind blows we shall have snow.
    When the clouds are black or grey it is a sign of wet weather.
    When the sky is a nice blue it is a sign of fine weather.
    The south west wind is a sign of rain.
    When the east wind blows it is cold
