They were from eggs skim milk and flour.Colcannon is made on "All souls night". It is made from potatoes, parsnips, salt, pepper and cabbage
They are all boiled in a pot first + when they are boiled, they are all mashed up together.On Good Friday long ago the people used to drink no milk + they had no sugar in their tea. They ate nothing but hard bread.Before cups were used there were things called drinking horns.
