  1. Some time ago there lived a holy man named Saint David. He lived somewhere by the town of Enniscorthy. As you go up that road there is a holy well. It is said that Saint David blessed this well a short time before he died. People who have sores go up there once a year. When they put their wounds down in its waters. They say that they are cured.
