"Mara Jurk", "Nanny Bek a-chaw", "Paddy "Toy"; The "Doll"; "Red" Mary; Tommy "Ritchie", "Dickie Pork"; "Pár Ruaidh", Micky the "Blade"; The "Tailor"; "Darcy"; "Skully", The Halkler", "Spud", The "Jugler"; "Lumper"; "Peggy the World" (was on a covetous, worldly woman); "Gungie", The "Cookie", "Dans"; "Dooles", Jack "Pudding".
The Bishop asked a boy from Banktown at Confirmation - 'How many Popes are there"? The boy said, "Two Popes in Banktown, little Johnny is one Pope and big Johnny is another Pope."
