Some of the signs of rain are:- When you hear peacocks crying and the ducks quacking loudly, when you see the clouds moving quickly in the sky, and the distant hills are looking nigh, when the dogs eat grass, and when the frog turns his coat of yellow, and becomes a rust colour, and when the soot is falling down the chimney, and when you can hear far-off sounds clearly.
