If there is a halo around the moon at night we may expect rain.

When wind is from North or East weather is cold and dry and we may get snow.
When wind is from South ad West it brings rain.

Birds
When the Robin sings a joyful song high up on a tree it is the sign of fine weather. If he sings a sad song low down on a tree we my expect rain.
