   Now the winter is on and poor Beatty is gone.
   To the land of the U.S. and A.
   For herself and John Geyer, I'll breathe many a prayer.
   When she's thousands of miles o'er the "Say".
   And I'll sit in my trap with the quilt on my lap.
   And the folks'll say, "Thus Molly Day".
   And she drivin to Mass, with her famous jackass.
   In the chapel I'll kneel and I'll pray.

   God bless Beatty-i-ay-i-ay.
   That's my prayer every night and day.
   You'll ne'er be forgotten by Molly O'Day.

   And I hope you'll return some day.
