    The strange things you would see in the night are:- Ghosts which are to be seen in lonely roads or avenues. The bánshee which is supposed to be heard when a person dies. The bánshee is supposed to be a woman flying along the sky combing her hair. The black dog which is supposed to be seen at the forge bohreen cross, Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork.
