   There is a heap of stones on our path to school, in memory of two men who got killed there one day. They were coming home from the bog. There was thunder and lightning there. They had weapons on their shoulders. That still drew the lightning and they were struck by the flash. They say if anyone stood on the stones a day of thunder they would be killed.
   There are two standing stones in Tim Connells land, and there is queer marking on them. Every night there is light seen there. There are two stones in Mr. Scanlons field and there is the leg of a man on one of the stones.
   Any place that a person is buried there is a head-stone there in honour of him. There is a round circle in a field near our house. The field is
