I praise thee in my Irish heart, thy billows lone and clear

Ere chiefs of old neath green and gold, led clansmen to the fight
And gave deep graves to foreign knaves who dared dispute their rights
To rule, to live, to make and give our fathers on the soil
Pure Irish laws within our cause "Beannacht leath" past days in Boyle.(III)
