  1. Neat the Barrow river there is a place called"The Hermit's Cell".It is built with big rocks called "God Stone rocks". The ruins of the cell where the Hermit lived is still to be seen. The Hermit's cell is about ten feet wide. Long ago the cell was thatched but the thatch has fallen off. There was a flat stone for the floor of the cell. The hermit had a stone for his pillow. It is said that there was a Rosary beads found in the Hermit's cell. It belonged to the hermit. There is a little bush near the ruins where the hermit was supposed to pray. There was a light seen some years ago it went all around the cell,some people said it was Will O'the Wisp. It is said that the Hermit tilled a small
