  1. There are riches supposed to be hidden in John Connor's fort Cappagh, John Breen's fort Genagh and in Con Sheás field Shanavalla.
The riches were supposed to be buried there by the Danes when they dug the channels or caves under the ground from fort to fort. It is said that the Danes left small little men guarding the riches and these men are now called Lepracháuns. That is why the people look out for the Lepracháuns to have riches.
Gold is supposed to be hidden in all the forts. One night men were seen digging in John Connor's fort but it is thought that they werent successful.
The people say that there is a great flag over the gold and if that could be lifted the gold could be got easily.
