    back again but her nose grew into the next valley. When he called again he chopped a pear and gave it to her but her nose was still four miles away. He told her she would not be cured unless she gave back the gifts she stole. She gave them back and the doctor gave her six pears to eat. The nose grew over the mountain and in through the window and up to her face and became its proper size again. The soldier went home to his comrade and they lived happily ever after. The little red man never appeared to them again.
