    and then scald them and put them out in the air. At milking time the milk used be strained into these keelers, and put in the dairy. After a day or two the cream used be skimmed off and put in a wooden vessel called the cream tub, at the end of a week or so it used be put into the churn and made into butter. When they had enough butter made they filled a finkin.
