    He went to a house one night where they were making poteen there he was killed and was thrown under the bed until the next night when they put him into a sack and threw him into a bog hole in Bogac Bog. After some time the bog rotted and when the men were cleaning the banks to go cutting the turf they three a few bit scraws into the bog hole and went in to tramp them. The scraws were left on the mans feet and when the weight came on them he stood up but they put him back again and covered him.
    They raised no alarm about him fearing there might be an investigation and the people that killed him got into trouble.
