    to get the buttermilk out of the butter. Next it is put into the rools for home use. The buttermilk is used for wetting bread.
    (Churning
    We have a churn at home. It is a tall one. The top of the churn is wide and it gets wide again at the bottom. The churning is done about twice a week. If strangers come in during churning they help to churn the milk for it is)
