    all traffic and a lot of sheep was lost the people could not travel on the road when it freezed. When it started to freeze the people were walking on top of the snow. The year after the snow there grew fine crops and they had plenty to eat and drink. Before it began to freeze the people were playing tricks they used to make a big hole down in the snow about twelve feet deep and close it on the top and when a person would come along he would go down and then the people that made it would have a good laugh.
