When the priest came down off the alter to collect the offering the little robin began to sing.
When the coffin was taken out to be put in the grave the robin flew in front.
After the grave was covered with sods the little bird came and picked at the sods.
Everyone at the funeral said that the bird was an angel whom his wife had sent to bring James to Heaven.Collected by Anna Mc Gonagle Leiter
